  • IMPACT OF HCG INJECTIONS ON HUMAN BODY

Recent advancements in medical science have made it possible for humans to take shots of HCG or Human Chorionic Gonadotropin hormone artificially. The hormone which is primarily associated with pregnancy related affairs has been found to be very useful in a number of other conditions as well. When taken under medical supervision, the HCG injections can bring about a lot of noticeable changes in the human body. Some of the major impacts of taking an HCG injection are mentioned in this article.

Helps in increasing sperm count in men

With right dosage, HCG injections have been found to increase the count of sperms in male semen in as many as 90% cases. This is made possible by the fact that HCG as a hormone is responsible for the production of sperms and when administered externally by means of these shots, the hormone triggers the increased production of the sperms in the male body.

Helps in correcting poor levels of testosterones in men

Incorrect levels of testosterone in human body can create a lot of anomalies. With the help of HCG injections, one can easily increase the testosterone levels which bring loads of benefits along with it. Some of the major benefits include higher virility in men, increased energy and endurance levels during a sexual act, increased growth of healthy hair on the body, increase in the count of red blood cells, and finally improved flow of blood that supports a healthy cardiovascular system.

Increases chances of fertility in women

HCG injections are known for helping women who have been treating their infertility for quite some time. The injections help in the process of ovulation by supporting the normal development of the egg in the ovary as well as stimulate the release of the egg during the process of ovulation. It is also being recommended by obstetricians and gynecologists to maintain the pregnancy without any issues.

Helps in treating conditions like cryptorchidism

Cryptorchidism is a medical condition in men where the testes do not get dropped into the scrotum. This common birth defect of undescended tested can be treated with prescribed dosages of HCG injections.

    Helps in reducing weight

HCG injections are found to be playing a major role in reducing weight. Owing to the amazingly positive results where an individual stands the chance to lose 1-2 pounds every day, the craze for taking HCG shots has been overwhelming among the people who are obese by nature.

    Helps in better metabolism

HCG shots are believed to be doing a great role in increasing the metabolism in human body. This means that with regular doses of HCG shots, the number of calories that are burnt at rest would be increasing significantly and that is one of the reasons why HCG diet has been so promising in terms of losing weight or maintaining body muscles.

Any type of external hormone administration should be done under proper medical supervision and when it comes to the HCG hormone, there is no bend in the law. As this hormone is pretty powerful in nature, the usage of HCG injection should only be carried out when it would be prescribed by a registered medical practitioner.

  • hCG Diet Blackened Salmon with Mashed Potatoes

Salmon is one of the healthiest and most delicious fish you can find today. There are many ways you can use Salmon and I highly recommend eating them, especially when you’re on the hCG diet.

Now, the hCG diet has many phases, one of which is phase 3 of the said diet plan. Phase 3 is nearing the end of your hCG diet journey. Although you still need to watch the number of calories you ingest in phase 3, it is not as strict as phase 2 of the diet.

With that being said, I have an amazing phase 3 recipe that makes use of the nutritious and delicious Salmon.

In this article, I am going to share with you the hCG Diet Blackened Salmon with Mashed Potatoes. This recipe is easy to do and it satisfies the 3 requirements in the hCG diet: The Carbs, Protein, and vegetables.

Are you excited to try the hCG Diet Blackened Salmon with Mashed Potatoes out? If so, here are the ingredients that you will need:

    For the Salmon:

    • 4 Oz Boneless, Skinless, Salmon Fillet
    • 1/4 Tsp Paprika
    • 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
    • 1/4 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
    • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
    • 2 Tbsps of Separated Butter

    For the Mashed Potatoes:

    • 1 Medium Sweet Potato
    • 1 Tsp 2% Milk
    • Salt and Pepper to taste

    Directions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Get a small bowl and add all of the spices that are listed above.
    3. Melt the separated butter by putting it into a microwaveable dish.
    4. Divide the butter and use half of it for the cooking process and half of it for the Salmon.
    5. Brush the butter on the Salmon. Make sure to incorporate the butter on all sides of the Salmon for better taste.
    6. Next, get the spice mixture and rub it on all sides of the Salmon. For best results, gently press the spices on the salmon. This will ensure that the flavor is there even after cooking the Salmon.
    7. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat for 2 minutes.
    8. Pour the other half of the butter on the pan and then add the Salmon. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side.
    9. Remove the Salmon from the pan and place it in a baking tray lined up with parchment paper (to avoid it from sticking). Bake the salmon for a good 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it rest while you make the Mashed potatoes.
    10. To make the Mash, cook the potato in the microwave until it gets soft (it usually takes 5-6 minutes).
    11. Allow it to cool for 2 minutes and then remove all of the skin from the potato.
    12. Mash the potato with a fork or a dedicated masher.
    13. After that, add the milk, salt, and pepper. Continue mashing the potato up until you get the desired consistency.
    14. Place both the Salmon and the Mashed Potato on a plate. Serve and Enjoy!

This dish has a lot of steps, but believe me, this dish is very easy to do. Just make sure you keep an eye on the Salmon as it can get overcooked rather quickly.

  • Top Tips to Avoid Depression While on the HCG Diet

Depression can hit anyone. In fact, there is a major prevalence of Depression in Western countries in recent years.

Since body weight issues are sometimes one of the major contributors to depression, there may be times that you will feel depressed when you’re still new to a particular diet.

Today, we are going to talk about some tips to avoid getting depressed or sad when you’re on the hCG diet. The hCG diet can be easy or hard depending on your perception of things. If you think eating a heavily calorie restricted meal every day and injecting yourself with the hCG hormone is hard, then it will be. But, if you take it as it is and just do what you have to do, then the hCG diet is just another diet, and thus, just another journey.

Now, I am not saying that all people who try the hCG diet are going to undergo a phase of depression. What I am trying to say is that some people might get depressed during their hCG diet journey, especially when they already have depressive symptoms beforehand.

If you’re not suffering from clinical depression and you’re only experiencing some form of mild depression, then these three tips will help you immensely.

So, without further ado, here are the top tips to avoid depression while on the hCG diet:

    1. Take on an Active Lifestyle. One hallmark of being depressed is not doing anything in life. To avoid getting depressed while you’re on the hCG diet, be more active. Take a walk, go with a buddy to the movies, take your dog for a walk, play some basketball, or just about any enjoyable activity out there. Yes, you will only have a limited amount of calories. But since the hCG hormone gets energy from your stored fats, you will have more than enough energy to enjoy your day.
    2. Always have a Support Group. Humans are herd animals. What I mean by that is that we humans function at our best when we have someone who supports us. Having a support group can severely cut those depressive symptoms from ever happening. If you feel the need to talk to someone, go to a friend or a family member you trust the most. This is especially true when you’re on the hCG diet because, as previously mentioned, the hCG diet can be hard. Ask for emotional support whenever you need it.
    3. Do the things that make you happy. The most important tip of all is to do the things that make you happy. To avoid depression, you just have to go out there and the things that really interests you. If you want to go run a marathon, then do so. If you want to read a lot of books, then do so. Just remember, a happy mind equals a happy life. Just remember to not do stress eating as it doesn’t only adhere to the hCG diet standards, but it can also be damaging in the long run.

Depression can strike anyone, but with these three tips, it can be avoided or, at least, minimized. If you’re on the hCG diet and you’re exhibiting some depressive symptoms, then try some of these tips out.

  • Is the hCG Diet a Scam or Fat-loss Miracle?

Does the words “rapid weight loss” tingle your ears? If so, you’ve probably suffered from being fat for a very long time. I know this can be frustrating, you’ve probably made some diet plans that aren’t really effective for you. Feeling frustrated makes you want to revert back to your old unhealthy eating habits.

So, you ask your friend what is the best diet you could take that really works. Your friend then advises you to try the hCG diet. You then researched about this diet and you come across two core factors of the diet: hCG injections and 500-calories per day.

This puts you in a contemplative state: with these conditions, does this really work, or is this just a fraud? We’ll look into what people have to say about the diet.

Let’s talk about what the critics have to say. According to Pieter Cohen, an assistant professor of medicine at Harvard School of Medicine, “It’s reckless, irresponsible, and completely irrational. Of course you’re losing fat, but that’s mainly because you’re hardly consuming any calories. And any benefit is not going to last.”

Critics also argue that supplement manufacturers create Homeopathic versions of the said hormone. The FDA issued a statement regarding this. The FDA states that these homeopathic hCG supplements are not the real thing, because the hCG hormone can only be administered by licensed physicians.

But, what do the hCG diet advocates have to say about the matter? Well, let’s look at how the hCG diet came to be.

The hCG diet’s effects were documented back in 1950, when Doctor Simeons gave patients hCG shots to cure infertility. He was astounded with the results because not only are his patients more fertile after a few doses of the hormone, but people have lost significant amounts of weight! He also went on to say that people were able to lose fat in troublesome areas such as the arms, stomach and buttocks.

hcg-dietThis is where hCG advocates take on a more positive perspective about the diet. Naysayers always look at the surface, the ridiculous 500-calorie restriction per day and the hCG shots you need to take every day. What the critics did not realize is that the hCG hormone satiates people, even if they do not eat that much. The hormone acts as a powerful appetite-suppressant. Furthermore, there are no documented cases of muscle loss at all, and that the hCG actually preserves muscle mass even with the caloric restriction.

In short, hCG advocates say that it does work, and that naysayers are just jealous of the positive effects people who have tried the diet experienced.

So, are you going to try the hCG diet? This is my personal take on the matter. Not all body types are the same, that’s a fact. You can try the hCG diet, and if it works for you, then great. If it doesn’t, then look for another diet plan. There is really no diet that is set in stone, you have to be willing to try what works best for you.
